Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Faso Cars Rentals platform and any rental you book through it. By creating an account or submitting a booking you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must meet the posted rental requirements, including minimum age, a valid unexpired driver's license, and successful identity verification. We may decline any booking at our discretion.

Bookings and approval

Submitting a booking is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after our review is complete and payment is successfully processed.

Payments and deposits

You authorize us to charge the rental total, applicable taxes, and a refundable security deposit, plus any documented post-rental charges such as fuel, cleaning, mileage overage, late fees, tolls, or damage.

Vehicle use

Only the verified renter may operate the vehicle. Prohibited uses include commercial ridesharing without written approval, racing, towing, off-road driving, transporting illegal goods, and driving under the influence.

Condition and inspections

Pickup and return inspections are photo-documented. You are responsible for damage that occurs during your rental period and not documented at pickup.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are shown in our rental policies and on your booking.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a rental is limited to the amounts paid for that rental.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you sign your rental agreement applies to that rental.
