When you confirm a booking we save a snapshot of every fee amount shown here. Your checkout summary, your signed rental agreement, and your downloadable PDF all show that same snapshot — even if we update our fees later.

Authorization hold, not a charge. Released within 5 business days of an approved return inspection.
1,050 miles are included in this rental.
29-minute grace period. Keeping the vehicle overnight past the return time without a paid extension adds this flat fee for each night — charged with the extension payment, or taken from the security deposit when the vehicle is being dropped off.
Charged when the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, plus $15.00 per missing 1/8 tank.
Pets are not permitted in the vehicle. Any documented cleaning or repair cost beyond this fee also applies.
State-imposed fee on qualifying rentals, charged for up to the first 28 days.
Smoking and vaping are never permitted in the vehicle.
Charged only when the interior needs remediation beyond normal use.
Nothing above is charged unless it happens and is documented at drop-off. Anything deducted from your deposit is itemized on your settlement.
Two fees renters ask about most
- Pet fee — $50.00. Pets are not permitted in our vehicles. If a pet has been in the car, this fee applies plus any documented cleaning or repair cost.
- Fuel service fee — $50.00. Return with the same fuel level as pickup and you never see it. If fuel is missing, this service fee applies plus the per-eighth-tank fuel cost.
