We verify every renter before approval. Here's exactly what we look for.
What you'll need
- Be between 21 and 70 years old
- Hold a valid United States driver's license
- At least 2 year(s) of licensed driving history
- Upload the front and back of your license
- Take a selfie for identity matching
- Provide a credit or debit card in your own name
- Authorize a refundable security deposit
- Sign the rental agreement before pickup
What will hold up a booking
- Suspended, revoked, or expired driver's license
- License that expires before your return date
- Unpaid balances or unresolved damage from a prior rental
- Payment card belonging to someone else
- Unverified identity or mismatched selfie
Insurance
Renters provide their own full-coverage insurance for the rental dates. Upload your policy — it must include physical damage (collision and comprehensive) coverage for every day of the rental — and our team reviews and approves it before pickup.
